You may fill out the form online, but once completed, you MUST print the form to sign it!
3. In person at the Westchester County Board of Elections (445 Hamilton Avenue, 8th Floor, White Plains, NY 10601) or any Department of Motor Vehicles.
Your registration MUST be received no later than October 24th!
Vote on Election Day
Make your voice heard on Election Day! Cast your ballot at your assigned polling place on Tuesday, November 3rd. Polls are open from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm. Find your polling place at: https://voterlookup.elections.ny.gov

Vote early and beat the Election Day rush! Choose from nine days of early voting.

Early Mail-In Voting
Vote early from the convenience of home! Any registered voter can request an Early Mail Ballot and cast their ballot from home, no excuse needed.
There are multiple ways for you to obtain your Early Mail Ballot:

Completed Ballots must be postmarked by November 3rd or delivered in person to the Westchester County Board of Elections (445 Hamilton Avenue, 8th Floor, White Plains, NY 10601) or an eligible poll site by 9:00 P.M. on Election Day.
Absentee Ballot
Away from home on Election Day? Eligible voters who will be away or otherwise qualify can request an absentee ballot and make sure their vote still counts.
