Our Priorities

White Plains is a great city, but there's more work to do. We're running for Common Council because we believe residents deserve a government that is transparent, accountable, and focused on the issues that matter most.

Affordability

Everyone deserves the opportunity to build a future in White Plains. We believe families, seniors, and young professionals should be able to afford to live here without being priced out of the community they love.

  • Help families afford to stay in White Plains.

  • Expand affordable homeownership opportunities.

  • Strengthen affordable housing requirements.

Public Safety

Safe neighborhoods are the foundation of a strong community. We support proactive policing, compassionate solutions to homelessness, and practical measures that improve quality of life throughout the city.

  • Expand downtown foot patrols.

  • Address homelessness with compassion and accountability.

  • Improve quality-of-life enforcement.

Responsible Development

Growth should strengthen White Plains, not outpace its infrastructure. We believe residents deserve a voice in development decisions and expect every project to benefit the community.

  • Put residents before developers.

  • Reform the affordable housing fee-in-lieu program.

  • Plan infrastructure before growth.

Parking

Parking should be simple, safe, and convenient. Residents deserve a system that works, from modern payment options to well-maintained public facilities.

  • Inspect parking garages for safety.

  • Simplify the parking permit process.

  • Improve the mobile parking payment system.
