Hi, I’m Kathy

I have proudly called White Plains home for more than 24 years, where I raised my son, a graduate of the White Plains Public Schools. Throughout those years, I became deeply involved in our community by supporting local youth programs, sports, after-school activities, and organizations that help families thrive.

Serving others has always been important to me. I volunteered for several years with White Plains Meals on Wheels and had the honor of serving as President of the White Plains Lions Club, helping support neighbors in need and strengthen our community.

Professionally, I bring decades of experience in administration, finance, operations, and organizational leadership. I currently serve as a Business & Employee Relations Administrator for the Archdiocese of New York's Drug Abuse Prevention Program, where I oversee payroll, human resources, benefits administration, compliance, and government reporting. Previously, I owned and operated a licensed home care agency in White Plains, worked at the White Plains Public Library, and spent more than 25 years as a Vice President at JPMorgan Chase.

I am running for Common Council because I believe White Plains deserves experienced, accountable leadership that listens to residents and plans responsibly for the future. Together, we can build a city that is safer, more affordable, and works for everyone.

Hi, I’m John

I have proudly called White Plains home my entire life. As a graduate of the White Plains Public Schools, I now have the privilege of raising my family in the same Battle Hill home where I grew up.

Service has always been at the center of my life. I am a volunteer firefighter with Hope Engine Company, a small business owner, a proud CSEA union member, and I work as a CDL mechanic maintaining school buses for the Croton-Harmon School District. Every day, I see the value of hard work, responsibility, and serving others.

As a lifelong resident, I understand what makes White Plains special and the challenges our city faces. I believe our neighborhoods deserve to be safe, our government should be transparent and accountable, and every decision made at City Hall should put residents first.

I am running for Common Council because I want to help preserve what makes White Plains a great place to live while building an even stronger future for the next generation. Together, we can create a city that is safer, more affordable, and more accountable to the people it serves.
